As part of the Miami-Dade County 30-Year Building Recertification Program, the City of Homestead engaged ECF Engineering Consultants to perform a comprehensive electrical system inspection and condition assessment for the William Dickerson Community Center, located at 1601 North Krome Avenue. 

This municipal facility plays a vital role in the community, making electrical system integrity, safety, and reliability paramount. ECF’s work ensured the building met current code compliance and operational standards required for continued occupancy.
