1. Purpose​

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Driver is permitted to operate the Owner's vehicle.

2. Driver Responsibilities ​

The Driver agrees to operate the above-mentioned vehicle in a lawful, safe, and responsible manner at all times. 

​

The Driver affirms that their driver's license is currently active, valid, and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the vehicle will be operated. 

​

The Driver further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the Driver's negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with traffic laws during the operation of the vehicle.

3. Damages and Costs ​

Should any damage to the vehicle or third-party property occur as a result of the Driver's negligence or misuse, the Driver shall be held financially responsible for all associated repair costs, legal fees, insurance deductibles, or any other losses incurred by the Owner.​

4. Indemnification 

The Driver agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Driver's negligent operation of the vehicle.

5. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and, where applicable, the laws of any other state in which the vehicle is operated.

6. Acknowledgement 

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
