It’s training season and I’ve got BIG news for you!
ECF is having a contest and you’re invited!
It’s time to brush up on your skills, Mineral is our online compliance training platform. We use Mineral to make sure that our staff is up to date with mandatory state and federal training. The main objective of these training courses is to improve the individual's level of safety and awareness in the workplace.
The ECF Staff is broken up into 5 teams so it’s time to get competitive, the first team to finish their training and upload it into the portal under Human Resources will receive a little something special as well as bragging rights. Even though a course may show up in your ‘My Courses’ in Mineral make sure all trainings are done within their respective training window to avoid disqualification.
Now don’t worry, to those of you who have already completed the Speak Up! Addressing Ethics Concerns training on Mineral, you’re within the window and will be included in the first round. To those who have not yet taken the training, please log in to your mineral account and complete the course by next Friday, April 21, 2023. After all, you do want to be on the winning team.
In the attachments, you’ll find the group breakdowns as well as the Mineral Game Book that’ll provide you with answers to all your questions.
Q: When can my team start dominating the competition? A: There will be various contests that will run from now through July 28, 2023.
Q: When I win, how will I know I’m the champion? A: The winning team will be announced via the ECF Portal. Remember after completion of the training course, you must upload your certificate on the portal under the Human Resources tab, it’ll look like this!
Q: So… who’s my competition? A: The teams are broken down to increase competitiveness. Hint: You’ll see a lot of split departments 😊
Q: How can I keep track of the competition? A: There will be a tracking system updated daily found below the Mineral Compliance Training section in the portal under the Human Resources tab.
