Mineral - It's time to wrap things up (IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ)

I hope you’ve had a restful weekend because we’re off to our last training competition for Summer 2023 and this final round stands to be the most competitive!
Just a reminder,
Mineral is our online compliance training platform. We use Mineral to make sure that our staff is up to date with mandatory state and federal training. The main objective of these training courses is to improve the individual's level of safety and awareness in the workplace.
This round, we are going to understand the importance of Valuing Diversity in the workplace.
For starters, Diversity increases innovation, creativity and strategic thinking because teams of people who come from different backgrounds can draw upon their unique experiences and a wider range of knowledge to spark new, innovative ideas.
The first team to have all members finish their Valuing Diversity training will receive a reward as well as bragging rights amongst the entire ECF Staff.
Please log in to your Mineral account and complete the course by Friday, July 28, 2023. The sooner you complete the training the better your teams’ chances are to enter the winner’s circle!
If you still have not completed the Speak Up! Addressing Ethics Concerns and Cybersecurity Awareness for Employees: Classifying and Safeguarding Data for Corporate and Personal Use and Workplace Harassment courses, pleases complete the courses as soon as possible.
In the attachments, you’ll find the group breakdowns as well as the Employee & Supervisor Mineral Game Book that’ll provide you with answers to all your questions.
Q: When I win, how will I know I’m the champion?
A: Once a winning team has been determined, they will be announced via the ECF Portal.
Q: How can I keep track of the competition?
A: There will be a tracking system updated daily found in the portal under the Human Resources tab.
