Announcement

Shaunavia Vickers has been vital to the growth and development of the Project Management Department at ECF.  She works hand in hand with our Project Managers across all departments to produce quality reporting and project tracking which aids in keeping their projects on track.

With her background in accounts payable, she serves a vital role in producing accurate backup for invoices and serves as liaison between the PM group and the Accounts Receivable group.  She has greatly aided the PM’s in keeping invoicing up to date and accurate by providing this assistance.

Shaunavia can come across as quiet, but, in reality, she is a very effective communicator who is always eager to step up and provide assistance in resolving issues when they arise.  She has recently taken the initiative to become a more vocal presence in meetings and has stepped outside of her comfort zone by recently presenting to various groups at our 2025 Kickoff Meeting.  She was recognized as the most effective presenter within the PM Group.
