Your Benefits, Your Choice: Open Enrollment Starts Soon - December 2- December 6 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Dear Employee,
It’s that time of year again—Open Enrollment is next week. Please save the date! We are keeping the same provider (UHC) and plans.
Note: This is a passive enrollment. If you do nothing, you will be re-enrolled in the same plan(s) you are currently in.
The Open Enrollment period will last for 5 days: starting December 2, 2024, and ending December 6, 2024
All changes to your benefits must be completed by December 6, 2024.
The changes you make to your benefits will take effect on January 1, 2025.
There will be two WebEx days with two different time slots to discuss the sign-up process. If needed, it will provide an overview of the ADP enrollment. This will be a great time to discuss any questions or concerns you have about plan options.
WebEx date and time :
Monday, December 2 at 10 am-11 am
Monday, December 2 at 2 pm-3 pm
Wednesday, December 4 at 10 am – 11 am
Wednesday, December 4 at 2 pm-3 pm
Please take a look at your options and costs carefully. You can make changes until the end of the enrollment period. Once the enrollment period has ended, your choices will be final until the next enrollment period or until a qualifying life event occurs.

Log In to the ADP Self-Service Portal
1. Access the ADP Self-Service Portal. (Note: If this is your first time logging in, or you need help getting started, click “Help Getting Started” for instructions and assistance.)
2. Click User Login.
3. Enter your User ID and Password. (Note: To retrieve a lost User ID or Password, click “Forgot Your User ID/Password?” for help.)
4. Click Log In.
5. Click Start Enrollment on the Enrollment Splash Page or navigate to the Enrollment screen by clicking on Myself > Benefits > Enrollments.
