Tabriz Guerrier demonstrates a positive attitude and dedication to her work. Her peers and supervisors see her as invaluable. She is committed to doing her job in a way that demonstrates strong character and reflects positively on ECF.
Tabriz has had a few different roles since she's been with ECF. No matter what role she has been in, she has done her best to understand the expectations and works diligently to meet those expectations.
The First Energy team has expressed how invaluable her contributions are when communicating with their customers and internally with their engineers and peers. She is empathetic and kind and looks for ways to show that she is a team player.
Her colleagues know that she is approachable and helpful. When issues arise, she is not confrontational, but easy to talk to and when others need assistance, they feel comfortable reaching out to her. She is adaptable, resilient and compassionate. It has been a pleasure to have her on our team!
