Are you ready for hurricane season?

Living in Florida offers many benefits and advantages, but be sure to thoroughly prepare for the 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season.

After assessing damages done from hurricanes in the past few years, Floridians are encouraged to have at least 7 days of supplies. Take action TODAY to be better prepared for when the worst happens. Understand your risk from hurricanes, and begin preparations now. Make sure you understand how to interpret forecasts and alerts, and know what to do beforeduring, and after a storm. Even if you are already well-prepared and knowledgeable, there may be additional things you could do or learn to be even more prepared.

In the event of a storm please refer to 5.10 in the ECF Handbook, a copy can be found in the portal under the human resources tab
