Employee of the Quarter Program

ECF will be selecting and rewarding an Employee of the Quarter utilizing specific criteria. Each quarterly winner will then be entered in the running for Employee of the Year.

Employee of the Quarter  will receive a month of paid mortgage or rent & Employee of the Year  will receive an all expenses paid vacation!

Purpose: The purpose of the Employee of the Quarter Program is to recognize employees who have served ECF in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude.
